Customs Fees:
abayaya clears orders from most major countries, If you receive a charge or bill, please contact abayaya and we will see if you are eligible for a refund.
If an order is stuck in customs, we will do our best to clear it for you.
An invoice for customs charges must be provided within 30 days of receiving your package to be eligible for a refund or credit. Anything beyond this time is at our discretion.
*If your order is not charged VAT or customs fees at the time of order placement, then you will be responsible for paying the fees and clearing the package.
*It is beyond our control for express orders to get stuck in customs clearance, in which case the fee will not be refunded.
